- Our CCTV Control Room and training facilities are equipped to train persons with disabilities and is wheelchair friendly.
- Our off site 24hr CCTV Control Room is manned and run by persons with disabilities.
- We train and assist with placement able/disabled CCTV operators.
- Data Analysis Centre - review of third party CCTV footage, trend analysis and investigations and report thereof.

- Learn the Basic Skills required to be a competent proactive CCTV operator in a live CCTV control room environment with the latest technology presented by our highly trained CCTV surveillance specialists.
- Training is conducted on site in our live CCTV control room with real CCTV incidents and live monitoring tasks designed specifically for our CCTV candidate operators.
- Our CCTV control Room is manned and run by trained CCTV Operators with disabilities (Nine Eleven Monitoring).
- All enrolling candidates will undergo an interview and selection process (SAMAE) prior to training commencing.

- Accredited theoretical and practical CCTV Operator course material.

- All Candidates will undergo a formal skills assessment, with a written and practical examination in order to be deemed competent for CCTV Control Room Operations (pass rate required).

Other Services Offered:
- Surveillance Consultancy Services - provided under contract a monthly supervisory/consultancy service to monitor CCTV security provider, provide guidance on shortcomings detected and liaise with management.
- 24hr OFF SITE CCTV video alarm and event monitoring.
